Hanover maintains, year round, a natural saltwater swimming pool that is heated to extend swim season, retro kidney in design. Never suffer the harmful effects of artificial chlorine while swimming again! Fanned cabanas are available for respite from the warm Alabama sun. The pool is never covered in Winter and a center tethered floating spray fountain provides relaxing water tones during the off-swim season. Sit by the pool in the dead of Winter beneath one of several gas heat lanterns stationed on the pool decks and enjoy the view of the City to the West as the sun sets on the Magic City.
Hanover’s Club Room is available to residents to lease for parties. The 700 plus square feet entertaining room is located poolside with a westerly view of the City and pool area. The Club Room has a fully functioning kitchen with stainless appliances, audio equipment with surround sound, party tubs for ice and drinks, seating areas, and a 75 gallon aquarium stocked with vibrant tropical fish.
Residents have access to Hanover’s onsite gym with treadmill, elliptical machine, stationary bike, free weights, machines, and more with 24/7 access. Hanover’s gym has full men’s and women’s bath facilities within the gym itself.
Many of Hanover’s units have washer and dryers installed, and Hanover maintains a spacious onsite laundry for the exclusive use of Hanover’s residents.
